Product description
The banana, native to Southeast Asia, is a tropical fruit known for its soft, sweet pulp. When ripe, its skin turns yellow or red. Each plant produces 5 to 15 bunches. Bananas can be eaten raw, fried, cooked, or baked, and are rich in fiber, potassium, and vitamins C and A. A ripe Nanica banana, popular in Brazil, weighs around 120 grams and is widely used in cakes and desserts. With about 70% water content, the Nanica variety is the most consumed in Brazil and plays a key role in Brazilian cuisine.
